Placing An Order

For purchases over $50.00 you get an automatic 10% discount across the board (does not apply to Ebay sales). For purchases of $100.00 you get an automatic 15% discount. We feel that with large purchases this incentive will defray your shipping cost. We aim to get you what you want the quickest and cheapest way possible. When you're happy, we're happy!

When we receive an inquiry we will check our stock and email you back with availability and price within 48 hours. All comics and magazines are in fine to mint condition, and toys are new-in-box unless otherwise stated. You are not committed to any purchase by asking us to check our stock. We will combine shipping with auction purchases! Discounts do not apply to Ebay listings.

If you live in the Richmond area and purchase an item from us through the website or through an Ebay listing, you have the option of picking it up at our Forest Hill location at no shipping or handling charge!

Shipping can be combined between multiple wins on our auctions and on our Ebay store, and on website orders. Please be aware that if you don't insure your package we are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in shipment.

Gift Certificates

We have gift certificates available in any denomination for any occasion. Once payment is received we will mail you one of our cool gift certificates in an envelope that can be sent back to us at any time with no expiration date.

Shipping fees can also be included as part of your amount owed (ie; $20.00 gift certificate redeemed as $15.00 item and $5.00 shipping). All you have to do is send in a gift certificate instead or in addition to a payment (ie; you want a $20.00 item and have a $10.00 gift certificate, you send in $10.00 cash/check + gift certificate for the total of $20.00). This is for domestic shipping only. If you need shipping for anyplace outside of the United States, please see the instructions below for the fastest way to get your order. Also, Virginia residents pay sales tax (please mention this when you order). During payment, please remember to provide your ADDRESS and the ITEM(S) you are purchasing.

You can call our store at (804) 231 - 2354 between 9am-5pm EST five days a week (Mon-Fri) to tell the clerk you have an order. Please be ready to provide:

MAILING AN ORDER

If you'll be mailing your order in, we accept personal checks, money orders, and cash. Be sure to include shipping address and item(s) purchased. You may also fax credit card information in at 804-231-2354 (please call first so we can clear the line). Include purchased item, card number, expiration date of the card, and your name and address.

You may also e-mail credit card information to storiescomics@yahoo.com, using as many e-mails as you like for security purposes. In all credit card orders online we'll send you a e-mail confirmation. We send out packages promptly so please do not request that we contact you when we receive payment, send your package, etc. If we did this everytime we sent out a item, we would not get anything shipped in a timely manner.

OVERSEAS / international ORDERS OR BULK SHIPPING

Let us know if you prefer airmail or surface mail. SURFACE MAIL IS CHEAPER BUT CAN TAKE 4-6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME! If you need to know the exact amount of foreign postage ahead of time this could delay your order up to a week.
